110-300-0165(2)(c) Licensee had a cord in the kitchen drawer, accessible that can form a loop around a child’s neck. This cord was removed during this site visit and made in accessible. 110-300-0165(2)(d) Licensee had a plastic bag accessible in a cubie in the living room, and one in a kitchen drawer. Both plastic bags were removed during this site visit and made inaccessible. 110-300-0165(3)(a) Licensee has a large cement walking stone in the back yard licensed space that is accessible that is broken and has sharp edges that needs to be repaired or removed and made inaccessible. This was removed during this site visit. Risk
